    We review the order, confirm the piece, and prepare any documentation, packaging, or finishing steps required before shipment.

  3. Dispatch and tracking

    When the parcel leaves us, we send a dispatch confirmation and tracking link.

  4. Delivery and receipt

    Your parcel is delivered to the address provided, with signature where appropriate for higher-value orders.
