All pieces ship from Nepal via tracked international courier. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Yes — free tracked worldwide shipping on every order, to most destinations that can safely receive courier service.
Every order is packed carefully in Nepal. Fragile pieces travel in a protective wooden shipping box, wrapped for long-distance transit.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for pieces in their original condition. Custom commissions and one-of-a-kind works are final sale. Contact us to initiate a return.
Yes. We accept selected bespoke commissions depending on the nature of the request. Please inquire for details and timing.
Dust gently with a soft dry cloth and avoid chemical cleaners and excessive moisture. Singing bowls should be stored upright. See our Care Guide for full advice by material.
Yes. Every AscendaCo piece is made by hand by skilled artisans in Nepal. Each piece is shaped, finished and painted individually, so no two are identical.
