All pieces ship from Bhaktapur, Nepal via insured international courier. Standard delivery takes 10–14 business days. Express shipping (5–7 days) is available at checkout.
Yes. We ship to over 60 countries. Shipping is complimentary on orders above $500. All pieces are fully insured in transit.
Every AscendaCo piece ships with a signed certificate documenting the artisan, materials, process, and consecration details. It serves as a record of authenticity and lineage.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for pieces in their original condition. Custom commissions and one-of-a-kind works are final sale. Contact us to initiate a return.
Yes. We accept bespoke commissions for devotional bronze and thangka paintings. Lead times range from 8–16 weeks depending on complexity. Please inquire for details.
Bronze: dust gently with a soft cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners. Gold-leafed surfaces can be wiped with a dry microfiber cloth. Singing bowls should be stored upright. Full care guides are included with each piece.
Every AscendaCo piece is made entirely by hand by our atelier of six master artisans in Bhaktapur. There is no machine involvement. Each casting, gilding, and consecration is performed individually.
