Yes. Each piece is shaped, finished, and painted by hand in Nepal, so no two pieces are ever identical.
Because they are handmade. Minor variation in brushwork, colour, texture, or tone is a natural sign of craft, not a flaw.
Depending on the piece, materials include papier-mâché (paper, clay, and cotton), hand-cast resin with stone-chip inlay, handcrafted metal, hand-carved wood, cotton canvas, and hand-painted finishes. The exact materials are listed on each product page.
